Helpdesk associate

Key Responsibilities for the Technical Support Specialist:

  • Provide tier-1 and tier-2 desktop support and maintenance, including desktop installation, troubleshooting, repair maintenance, and upgrades.
  • Remote and Onsite desktop support for end-users with a Windows environment.
  • Configure servers and network hardware.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and automate processes.
  • Experience with Dental software and terminology a huge plus

Qualifications include:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be computer guru (able to assemble and upgrade PC's)
  • Extensive knowledge of operating systems including Windows 7/10, Server 2008/2012/16.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and automate processes.

Field technician

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and fix problems with hardware, software and network
  • Troubleshoot and fix common office electronics (i.e., Printers, TV's, Stereos, Fax Machines)
  • Run Ethernet, phone, coaxial, HDMI cables.
  • Mount TVs on the wall and the ceilings
  • Significant experience with Windows 7 and 10 OS, MS Office, Printers and Scanners
  • Install and troubleshoot proprietary software in server/client setup
  • Ability to Diagnose and Troubleshoot PC Problems (i.e. Viruses, Spyware, damaged Peripherals)
  • Responsible for accurately recording incidents in accordance with department standards


Qualifications include:

  • Must be computer guru (able to assemble and upgrade pcs)
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in similar job roles
  • Knowledge/Experience in low voltage electronics
  • Must have your own car or clean driver's license to be able to drive to clients' offices.
  • Some lifting required (e.g., computers and/or printers).
  • Extensive knowledge of operating systems including Windows 7, 10, Server 2008/2012/2016.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and automate processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills.
